How is executive coaching different from leadership training?

Training is group-based and focuses on skills. Coaching is individual and focuses on you — your specific situation, your specific challenges, your specific development edges. The two work best together, which is why we often integrate coaching into our organizational programs.

How long does executive coaching typically last?

Most engagements run 6–12 months. Meaningful leadership development takes time — you need enough sessions to build trust, identify patterns, practice new behaviors, and embed lasting change. We offer shorter engagements for specific, time-bound challenges.

What credentials do your coaches hold?

Our coaches hold ICF credentials at the PCC and MCC level — the highest standards in the coaching profession. Laurie Cozart, our founder, is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), placing her in the top 5% of coaches globally. All coaches are also trained in neuroscience-based coaching methods.

Can my organization sponsor my coaching?

Yes. Many of our clients are sponsored by their organizations. We work with HR and talent development teams to structure engagements that meet organizational goals while protecting the confidentiality that makes coaching effective.

Do you offer assessments as part of coaching?

Yes. We use the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment and our proprietary 5 Rails Leadership Diagnostic as part of most coaching engagements. These tools provide objective data that accelerates self-awareness and focuses the coaching work.
